1. Cancellation Policy, Return Policy & Refund Policy
1.1 Cancellation before Dispatch & Delivery of the Order
1.1.1 Customers can cancel their online orders any time before the dispatch and delivery of the order through their customer dashboard.
1.1.2 Refunds for canceled orders will be processed through a card refund to the same card used for the payment. This process may take up to 5-7 working days, depending on the bank.
1.1.3 Cancellation requests can be made either through the customer dashboard, by calling our customer service at +971543070065, or by emailing us at customercare@kitandkaboodle.com.
1.1.4 Refunds may take up to 5 working days depending on the respective bank’s policy. Kit and Kaboodle shall not be liable for any delays in refunds by the banks.
1.2 Cancellation after Dispatch of the Order
1.2.1 In case of a manufacturing defect, it shall be covered under the 6x month warranty period, only for items with manufacturing defects, provided by Kit and Kaboodle.
1.2.2 For cancellations due to any other reason, the customer can cancel at the time of delivery after inspecting the product to avoid return shipping costs or within 3 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
1.2.3 All returned products must be in their original packaging without any damages or scratches for small items that are not possible to exchange. Kit and Kaboodle reserve the right to inspect the product before accepting the return.
1.2.4 In case of a return where the delivery team needs to come back to collect the item, delivery charges will apply depending on the location, which will be communicated beforehand and deducted from the refund amount.
1.2.5 Refunds for returned products will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase, provided the product is in its original packaging and unused. The process may take up to 5-7 working days.

1.2.7 All refunds will be made to the credit/debit card or bank account used to place the order. Refunds may take up to 5 business days depending on the respective bank’s policy. Kit and Kaboodle shall not be liable for any delays in refunds by the banks.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Exchanges are available within 7 days of the delivery of the item.
2.2 All exchange products must be in their original packaging without any damages or scratches. Kit and Kaboodle reserve the right to inspect the product before accepting the exchange.
2.3 Exchange with other items should be the same price or more but not less.
2.4 Big items could be returned or exchanged
2.4.1 if the case was: ( change of mind ) 20% of the total bill amount will be deducted,
2.4.2 In case of any manufacturing defect zero charges,
2.4.3 In case of exchange of the items if the delivery in Dubai zero charges, Outside Dubai, 500 AED delivery charges to be added.
2.5 No return or exchange is allowed for mattress purchases.
2.6 Kit and Kaboodle takes pride in delivering quality products and ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, no returns or exchanges are accepted for purchases from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or Oman. We encourage customers to inspect items carefully at the time of delivery.
2.7 Exchange could happen one time only.
2.8 In case of exchange the items if the delivery in Dubai zero charges, Outside Dubai, 300 AED delivery charges to be added.
3. General Guidelines
3.1 Click and collect is available for orders below AED 1000. Customers can collect their orders at our showroom. A customer service agent will contact the customer when the order is ready for collection.
3.2 Free accessories delivery on orders over AED 3000. Free furniture delivery & assembly on orders over AED 3000 around Dubai, Abu Dhabi (city only), Sharjah, Ajman.
Charges applicable on: Northern and Southern Emirates (Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al-Khaimah)
3.3 Cash/Payment on Delivery (COD) is available for online orders below AED 5000. If the customer prefers card payment, they must inform the delivery team in advance so that a POS machine can be provided.
3.4 Kit and Kaboodle can store purchased products free of charge for 30 days from the date of invoice.
3.5 All products are covered by a 6x month warranty period, only for items with manufacturing defects.
4. Returns & Exchange for Super Sale Items
4.1 No returns or refunds are available for Super Sale products. However, exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receipt of the order. original packing without any damages or scratches for small items or else not possible to exchange
5. Returns & Exchange for Deliveries Outside of UAE
5.1 Kit and Kaboodle does not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds for items shipped to other countries, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. In such cases, returns or exchanges are at Kit and Kaboodle’s discretion.
6. Customer Complaints
6.1 A customer service agent will respond to any customer complaint within a maximum of 3 working days.
