Just like us, our products can look a little different under certain lighting due to the reflective nature or pigmentation we have used in our fabrics and finishes.

Keep in mind that something you may see in store or online might look a little different when you take it home depending on the lighting in your space.

Customer have the right to return/ exchange the items within 7 days of the delivery ( original packing without any damages or scratches for small items or else not possible to exchange )

Big items could be returned or exchanged, if the case was: ( change of mind ) 20% of the total bill amount will be deducted, in case of any manufactory defect zero charges, in case of exchange the items if the delivery in Dubai zero charges , outside Dubai, 500 EAD delivery charges to be added.

Exchange could happened one time only.

Exchange with other items should be same price or more but not less.
